  • Stay activeAn active account is one that's actually being used to run your business — logging in alone doesn't count.
  • You'll get a warning firstIf your account goes quiet, we'll email a warning before anything happens — there's no surprise deactivation.
  • Stay inactive too long, and it's deactivatedIf there's still no real activity after the warning, the account is deactivated. From that point, a free account can't reactivate itself.
